Google+ is for individuals, NOT Business entities. Huh?

Apparently my Google+ account "Ubuntu ubuAddicted" and "Ubu TechGuru" doesn't follow the terms of their naming policy. The message also informed me that if it's a Business I need to use Google+ Pages. Still investigating BUT if you're wondering why you can't see my Google+ account, it's because Google+ is trying to hold Ubu back. lolololzzzzz (kidding obviously)
